1. Use of our website

The content on this website is provided for general information about our clinic and treatments. While we take care to keep it accurate and up to date, it does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a professional consultation. You agree to use the website lawfully and not in any way that could damage or impair it.

2. Our services

We provide bespoke, medical-grade skin treatments, which may include Hydrofacial, Advanced Blood Testing, Skin Boosters and Cryotherapy Skin Lesion Removal. All treatments are carried out by a qualified Level 5 Skin Practitioner. The specific treatment recommended will always depend on your individual assessment.

3. Consultations & suitability

Certain treatments require a consultation before they can be carried out. During your consultation we will assess your suitability, discuss your goals and explain any risks. We reserve the right to decline or postpone a treatment where we believe it is not in your best interest, is not suitable for you, or where you have not disclosed relevant medical information. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Bookings & deposits

Appointments can be requested through our website enquiry form, by phone or by email. A booking is only confirmed once we have contacted you to agree a date and time. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain appointments; where this applies, it will be made clear at the time of booking and deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

5. Cancellations & rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, may result in the loss of any deposit paid or a cancellation charge. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone else.

6. Payment

Payment for treatments is due at or before your appointment unless otherwise agreed. Prices are provided at the time of booking or consultation and may be subject to change. Any package or course of treatments purchased is non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7. Results & aftercare

While we always strive for the best possible outcome, individual results can vary and cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on many factors including your skin, lifestyle and adherence to aftercare. You agree to follow all aftercare advice provided. If you have any concerns following a treatment, please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from a failure to follow aftercare advice, or from information that was not disclosed to us at the time of treatment.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, videos and design — is owned by or licensed to The Skin Clinic By Georgia and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
